The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus announces that its fully-owned subsidiary Energy Product Plus s.r.o. on 2nd April 2012 signed a contract for disposal of unused SPVs that were included within the structure of BGS, namely Bioplyn Kacina s.r.o., Alve Tech s.r.o. and BGS Solar s.r.o. The received price for sold companies was the same as were the costs related to establishing of those companies. The price was in level of hundreds thousands CZK.

Disposal of unused SPV has no affect on financial figures as they have been transferred for the accounting value. Which means the effect for BGS is neutral.
