Explanation of Q2'2010 Reports

Management board of BGS Energy Plus informs that reports for Q2'2010 published on 14 August includes only semiannual financial information.
Late publication of both reports occurred due to the late translation from Czech to English.
Corrected reports according to NewConnect Regulations will be published by the 24th August.
Legal basis: Article § 5 paragraph 1, point 1 of the Annex 3 to Resolution No. 733/2009 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board dated 18 December 2009 " Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System"
