The Management Board of iCom Vision Holding a.s. (“Company") informs about submitting an application to Warsaw Stock Exchange for introduction to trading on NewConnect of 1,000,000 pieces of the Series A and 31 500 pieces of the series B.
Legal Basis: Article 3, Point 1 of Exhibit 3 of the Alternative Trading System Rules of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board.
