Resignation of the Member of Supervisory Board

The Management Board of iCom Vision Holding, a.s., with its registered seat in Prague (the “Company"), hereby informs about resignation of Mr. Miroslav Novacek, a Member of Supervisory Board.
The Management Board of the Company hereby informs that a new person has not been selected yet. The Management Board of the Company informs that a new person will be co-opted by Supervisory Board in accordance with §20, para 5 of the Company Statutes.
Legal basis: Article 3, Section 2, Point 11 of Exhibit 3 (Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market) to the Alternative Trading System Rules.
