The Management Board of iCom Vision Holding a.s. informs of dates for transmission of reports in 2011:
Monthly reports will be published within 14 days from the end of the month.
Quarterly reports:
2010 FY - 23 May 2011
2011 Q1 - 13 May 2011
2011 Q2 - 12 August 2011
2011 Q3 - 14 November 2011
The above is a change to a previous current report as the original report had not included a date for the 2010 report, as the date of completion for this report had been unknown at that time of the original publication.
Legal basis: § 14.2 of Exhibit 3 (Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market) to the Alternative Trading System Rules, as adopted by Resolution Nr. 147/2007, dated 1 March 2007, and amended by Resolution Nr. 733/2009, dated 18 December 2009, of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board.
