The Management Board of iCom Vision Holding, a.s. informs that the Company has received termination of Mandate Agreement for market animation. The Mandate Agreement signed on 18.1.2011 between iCom Vision Holding, a.s. and CYRRUS, a.s., amended by ANNEX no.1 (28.9.2012) will effectively terminate by 31.5. 2014 in accordance with the Article 8.1 of Mandate Agreement.

The Management Board of iCom Vision Hodling, a.s. will take immediately all necessary steps to ensure continuity of market animation of ICM shares on NewConnect market.
