The Management Board of iCom Vision Holding, a.s., with its registered seat in Prague (the “Company"), hereby informs that the General Meeting held on June 3, 2014 in Prague dismissed the current member of the Supervisory Board Mr. Roman Vybíral from his position of the member of the Supervisory Board.
