The Board of Directors of iCom Vision Holding, a.s. informs that the general meeting held on June 3, 2014 at Prague has accepts new full text of the Company Statutes as proposed by the Board of Directors. The new introduced Company Statutes are attached as well as the previous version of the Company Statutes.
