Correction of Report No. 9/2011

With the present report "Intercapital Property Development" ADSIC announces that it has made a mistake in Report No. 9/2011 regarding the audited annual non-consolidated financial report of the Company as of 31.12.2010. In Report No. 9/2011 the Company has omitted to publish the Explanatory notes to the annual financial report of the subsidiary and servicing company “Marina Cape Management" EOOD as of 31.12.2010 prepared in compliance with the International Accounting Standards.
