The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. informs that on 4 March 2011 the company received information that on 1 March 2011 and 3 March 2011, respectively, its fully-owned project subsidiaries Photon SK SPV 2 s.r.o. and Photon SK SPV 3 s.r.o. were registered by the Municipal court in Bratislava, Slovakia. The companies are domiciled in Bratislava, have a base capital of EUR 5,000 (CZK 121,550 or PLN 19,994) and have been established to hold the project rights of yet-to-be acquired photovoltaic projects in Slovakia. Negotiations with several project developers are ongoing.
