Photon Energy announces the receipt of power generation licenses for 6 photovoltaic power plants

The management board of Photon Energy a.s. announces that on 7 December 2010 the company obtained the power generation licenses from the Energy regulator ERÚ for the following photovoltaic power plants for the company's proprietary portfolio:
1. Slavkov u Brna (1.159 MWp)
2. Svatoslav (1.23 MWp)
3. Zdice 1 (1.495 MWp)
4. Zdice 2 (1.495 MWp)
5. Komorovice (2.350 MWp)
6. Dolnà Dvořiště (1.645 MWp)
Now the last remaining document to secure the 2010 feed-in-tariff will be the plant inspection reports by the respective regional distribution companies.
The last remaining large proprietary project for which the license issuance is outstanding is Radvanice (2.305 MWp).
Legal basis: Article 3, Section 1 of Exhibit 3 of the Alternative Trading System Rules, as adopted by Resolution Nr. 147/2007, dated 1 March 2007, and amended by Resolution Nr. 733/2009, dated 18 December 2009, of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board.
