Photon Energy announces the acquisition of 2.65 MWp of photovoltaic projects

The Management Board of Photon Energy announces that on 11 May 2010 Photon Energy's fully-owned subsidiaries Photon SPV 9 s.r.o. and Photon SPV 10 s.r.o. have signed framework agreements for the acquisition of a 1 MWp and a 1.65 MWp photovoltaic project under development in Dolnà Dvořiště (South Bohemia) with GOLC OIL a.s. The total acquisition price for both projects is CZK 38 million (EUR 1.48 million, PLN 5.98 million). The projects are located in one of the most highly irradiated parts of the Czech Republic.
Both projects are expected to be prepared for construction by the end of July 2010. Photon Energy intends to realize these two projects for its proprietary portfolio.
Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the principals of GOLC OIL a.s.
