Photon Energy announces the acquisition of a 2.035 MWp PV project

The Management Board of Photon Energy announces the signing of agreements leading to the tansfer of 2.035 MW grid connection capacity and he acquisition of 46,776 m² of land for a total consideration of CZK 16.37 million (EUR 627,000, PLN 2.52 million) by its fully-owned project company Photon SPV 8 s.r.o. on 3 February 2010.
The project is located near ZvÃkov in Southern Bohemia. Construction work on the project will start after obtaining the construction permit which is expected by April 2010. The completion of the PV plant and its gird connection are planned for 2010 Q2.
Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the sellers of the land and other project rights.
