Photon Energy announces international sales of its subsidiary Photon Trading s.r.o.

The management board of Photon Energy a.s. announces that in executing its business strategy the group successfully started its international sales by its wholly-owned subsidiary Photon Trading s.r.o. In 2009Q4 Photon Trading s.r.o sold photovoltaic equipment to the following four EU member countries:
Hungary: First Solar modules - EUR 4,266,000 (EBI report 28/09)
Slovakia: PV modules & SMA inverters - EUR 636,345
Italy: PV modules - EUR 145,095
Slovenia: PV modules & SMA inverters - EUR 28,593
Total international revenues thus reached EUR 5.076 million (CZK 133.728 million, PLN 21.294 million).
These sales successes of Photon Trading s.r.o. are an important first step in Photon Energy's strategy to expand its business beyond the Czech Republic in 2010. Revenues generated internationally are expected to account for approximately 50% of Photon Trading's total revenues in 2009.
Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the international clients of Photon Trading s.r.o.
