The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. informs that on 14 October 2008 it has established the following companies: 1) Photon Engineering s.r.o. domiciled in Prague, base capital 1'000'000 CZK (141'800 PLN). The company will design, engineer and build greenfield PV power plants and rooftop installations both for Photon Energy and third parties. 2) Střešní burza s.r.o. domiciled in Břeclav, base capital 1'000'000 CZK (141'800 PLN). The company will operate the Czech solar roof exchange based on a license from the Alpensolar, the owner and operator of the leading German roof exchange. 3) Photon Electricity s.r.o. domiciled in Prague, base capital 200'000 CZK (28'360 PLN). The company will apply for an electricity trading license and will contractually buy and sell all electricity produced by Photon Energy's projects and with third parties. 4) Photon Finance s.r.o. domiciled in Prague, base capital 500'000 CZK (70'900 PLN). The company will work with lenders and other financial services institutions to provide one-stop financial solutions for investors into PV projects. 5) Photon SPV 1 s.r.o. and Photon SPV 2 s.r.o. domiciled in Prague with base capital 200'000 CZK (28'360 PLN) each. These companies are project companies through which Photon Energy will realize its PV projects. All companies are 100% owned by Photon Energy a.s.
