Zarząd Planet Soft S.A. (Emitent) informuje, że w dniu 27 grudnia 2013 r. na stronach internetowych Emitenta oraz Oferującego (Invista DM S.A.) zostanie opublikowane Memorandum Informacyjne sporządzone w związku z ofertą publiczną nie więcej niż 6.000.000 (sześć milionów) akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii C o wartości nominalnej 0,10 zł (dziesięć groszy) każda.

The Board Planet Soft SA (The Issuer) announces that on 27 December 2013 on the website of the Issuer and the Offeror (Invista DM SA) will be published in the Information Memorandum prepared in connection with the public offering of not more than 6,000,000 (six million) ordinary bearer shares of series C with a nominal value of 0.10 zł (ten cents) each.
