Manegement of the company TwigoNet has been informed that CYRRUS A.S. has terminated the agreement regarding performance the Market Maker function for the financial instruments of its company listed on the NewConenct market. This agreement will expire with the end of December 31st, 2014. In accordance with the provisions of § 9 point. 2 of the Alternative Trading System Rules, financial instruments shall be traded in the alternative trading system provided that there is a valid undertaking of the Market Maker to perform Market Maker’s tasks with respect to these financial instruments on terms laid down by the Alternative System Organizer. The lack of a valid commitment of the Market Maker should result in suspension of trading of the financial instruments of its company.

The company is now searching for the new Market Maker for its shares listed on the market.
